Our usual Plumbers gave us a two week waiting time and since we had no hot water I didn't want to wait longer. I sourced the spare part online and then rang and was given a window of time that suited me, that same day. At one point the office rang to say he would be with me in half an hour but it was more like an hour before he arrived they would have been better not to call than to call with inaccurate information. That said he was within the window of time originally given, so it was all good. He arrived within the given time slot, I signed him on on his phone to start the clock, he did the job, I signed to say he had done it and he left. He was polite and pleasant and didn't spin it out longer than necessary, which when you are paying hourly is important. Our new bath tap mixer is working very well and I am very happy with the work they did.
