I wanted a dishwasher plumed. The engineer arrived and said he had to get some parts! Surely he should have parts in his van! He came back after 30 minutes and said it would be another 1 hour to do the work!
They take your card details prior to work being done.
I phoned the office to say cancel the job as it would cost too much!
They took £144 regardless of work being done!
RIP OFF COMPANY
I got another plumber to do the job! It took him 20 minutes and he charged £75
