A new boiler was fitted only 3 months ago [at great expense] and a problem has been encountered, namely, the hot water part of the boiler has failed to work. I have contacted Plumbing Force and was told that a 'call-out' would be charged! This was despite having a 5 year parts and labour guarantee [i was actually told that this would be extended to 7 years, as i had paid extra for a magnetic filter to be fitted.] I have contacted Worcester Bosch, who are to send one of their engineers. I will not therefore be offering Plumbing Force any further business.
