I am writing following some work which was completed at my property yesterday 21/03/2016 at 1530-1700. The fault that I needed an engineer to fix was a toilet that kept running. This was a quick job and should have taken between 30-45 minutes. This took the plumber 90 minutes. The plumber was back and forth to his van numerous times, looking for the part he needed. I was told he didn't have it in his van so he would need to order it and then come back. As he was writing the receipt he found the part he needed then proceeded to fix the fault! Once this was done he spent 10 minutes writing the receipt. I find this is very unfair considering that I ended up paying £230 for a minor job that needed doing. I have spoken to Michelle the relsolutions manager this morning, I was told to put it in writing. I didn't find the response I got very efficient from her or customer focused. I have tried to stop the payment coming out of my bank but understand this had already been done. After reading reviews online I can see that this appears to be a regular occurrence with plumbing force and I do not hold out much hope that my complaint will be taken seriously or resolved in a satisfactory way.
