Called at 1.30 on Saturday because shower stopped working. Engineer booked for between 2 - 6 pm. I went to Do It All and bought shower unit. Called me at 3 to say he'd arrive in next half hour. Engineer Gary arrived 3.30, replaced shower unit. Was fast, efficient and polite.
