We reported a boiler error F2,F3,L1 with the company Plumbingforce. A technician initially advised replacing the fan to sort the problem. Charge: Inspection + New fan for a total of £607.02. However, an hour later, the problem persisted. Upon reaching out to the company due to the one-year warranty, the technician revisited, suggesting a different issue and said it could be something else which he didn’t know unless he fully assess, an additional 6 hours of inspection at £144/hour . We contacted customer service and they declined responsibility.
Now, we're without a boiler, facing a cost of = £607.02 + Visit 15 minutes: £144 Total : -£751.02.
