They visited my elderly mum and essentially left her with the belief that the only solution was a full replacement costing £4000, in the end we took opinion and repaired the boiler and replaced a couple of parts for a total £450 including labour.
I would like to believe that this was a oversight, but I am deeply concerned for Old people who trust them to offer the best and right advise.
