I'll be honest. I was rather impressed, as normally having tradesmen come to visit is a hit or miss affair, probably why there is lack of loyalty amongst customers. Your man was prompt and very polite (arriving at 8.20am), and even went to put covers on his shoes (unnecessary for us, but appreciated the gesture). He was friendly, asked the history and explained what he was going to do. He even checked the flue 2 stories up, something that our British Gas service has never done in 8 years. In short, your man was engaging and courteous, thorough and speedy and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using your company again off the back of this one visit.
