Ordered a combination boiler but they fitted a conventional boiler. Extras like radiator valves that were ordered not supplied. Radiators not flushed as agreed.
Agreement was to pay half before installation and the other half after satisfactory sign off of the job; they retained my card details and collected the other half without my consent and approval.
