Matt was very efficient and courteous. I like it when visitors take off their shoes without even asking. He checked everything thoroughly and I couldn't fault his attention to detail. What I wasn't so happy about was that I was told I would get a call 30mins before he arrived which would give me plenty of time to drive from Newdigate to Dorking to let Matt in. I rang your office twice to make sure that this would happen and gave them an additional tel no.Instead I get a call form Matt after he had just arrived in the car park and he said that he was not informed that he was supposed to call me 30 mins before. So I had to rush to get to Dorking so Matt would not be hanging around, this should not have happened and I was very surprised it didn't, especially when your price was higher than I could have paid.
