I rang Plumbingforce early Friday morning as my CH boiler was misbehaving and needed an engineer visit. I was told that one would be with me within an hour. Matt duly arrived and was both professional and friendly. He removed the boiler cover to discover that it was beyond economic repair... it actually looked like it had been the subject of a chemical weapons attack, so Matt secured it from the gas supply and prepared a quote for a new one which he could fit the next day. Sadly, (but not Plumbingforce's fault) there is also a fault at the gas meter, so until that is rectified we can't have our new boiler fitted. The Plumbingforce team have been helpful and professional throughout. They have kept me advised at all stages of this situation and I am very happy with their service. I will certainly be recommending them!!!
