Completely conned by Plumbing Force drainage "expert" who charged £540 for three hours of removing a few wipes from my outside drains (which were then left in a bag on my driveway) told my wife the problem was solved when it was too dark to check outside whilst she looked after out 1 year old. Four days later the drains were backed up worse than before, we called another company and they resolved he problem within an hour! What's more, we are now being completely ignored by the "after sales" who told us we had no guarantee the problem would be fixed even though that's what we were told by the cowboy who came round. Apparently there is no ombudsman for drains? Well there is still trading standards and they will be hearing from us. Avoid this company like the plague.
