The chap who came was fine he did a lot of checks on the boiler and found out the mains pressure was low and sorted this out with the gas company.
BUT he told me what I had paid for was only an inspection of the boiler and NOT a full strip down maintenance visit. I felt a bit cheated because I thought that is what he was to do, but maybe in hindsight I/and’ they should have clarified exactly what level of maintenance they were to carry out. Make sure you fully understand what you are paying for and exactly what they are going to do for you.
