Had Brad come out on our first visit, he was very informative, and explained fully why our specific work had to be done, he also contacted manufacturers in front of us and asked them the same questions I had asked to show he was correct, when the work was being completed with Nigel, they were very efficient , clean in thier work area and always open to answer any questions. Work was completed without any issues. Thank you Brad for all the support and time you gave me when I didn't quite understand.
