Although booked in initially for same day service I was informed that one of the previous jobs had overrun because of a leak situation that could not be left. So, albeit late in the day, I agreed to an appointment for the next morning.
Glad I did, the engineer was polite, respectful of property and better than that remedied the issue, gave the boiler a full "once over" and fully explained every action he was taking. I felt fully confident that he knew what he was doing.
