Phoned on the Sunday and had a call back later that night, engineer booked in for the following morning, engineer turned up at 9:30 and diagnosed the issue, then had to get the part, away an hour to get it, came back and fitted it, nice chap, a great job, only reason for 4 stars was the hourly charge at 120.00 per hour, cost was 477.00.
