Despite having to come a day later due to an emergency call out, the fitter arrived on time and removed ( with some considerable effort due to the manner it had been fitted) the old dishwasher and quickly fitted the new one.
The fitter was polite, friendly and tidy.
The service is very quick compared to other services I've used in the past.
