My call to them was regarding a cooker installation, the engineer arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call. He was extremely courteous and professional in the way he went about his work, no playing for time which happens alot with hourly rate jobs.
The only down side was the cost, but cannot fault Michael the engineer who attended.
