1) Did not contact me to tell me that heating engineer would not be coming until I phoned just before closing time.
2) Price of spare part (£385) over double the amount that I could have obtained it elsewhere.
3) Estimate given for 'parts and labour' only included parts.
4) Engineer left water heat on maximum. Lucky not to scald ourselves.
5) No reply to polite email asking for comments.
