Excellent service to an emergency repair. Plumber Sam out within 2 hours following updates from service centre. Sam was very professional, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. Happy for me to watch the repair answering my questions as the repair progressed. High quality repair and made sure boiler, radiators all functioning before he left.
