BEWARE........... AS THEY SAY ....... ' READ THE REVIEWS ' ...... .SO WISHED I HAD.......... After phoning up yesterday afternoon for a blocked loo , i was booked in for 5pm, i explained i was wheelchair bound and as such would need to book a carer to be here, at 4.35pm i was called to say that it wasnt possible to get anyone to me and i could re-appoint for between 9-1pm. i re-iterated that i had already paid £15 for a carer to be present for the hour. . i said that with little choice at 5pm to get another company i agreed to them returning , I emailled stating how disappointed i was , and that the invoice should reflect that i had already paid £15 unessecarily . . This morning arrived and at 1232hrs , some 28 minutes before 1pm slot. , to be told again no plumber , but one that was working near could be with me at 3pm, once again with little choice , i agreed , and strongly asked for a discount to reflect the noncense i'd been put through. At 3.20pm he arrived , nice chap, But soon stated blockage was further along than the rods could get to, At 3.30pm he stated either he would have to take toilet off wall ( wet room tiled top to bottom ) breaking minimum 4 tiles , may or may not clear blockage and would only be obliged to re-instate toilet alone , nothing else. oh and be charged £120 ph for an unestimated amount of time 4 / 5 hrs was banded about. . now 15.40hrs . i phoned the office , met with an unsympathetic man who played everything down , and said that he deliberately brushed aside my request for a discount, at one point said that they were only a little late, and that i was being unreasonable Think again, , I was offered 10 per cent off if i agreed to the job being done. i was in tears by the end of the call, no better off and late in the day to , once again have the choice to find another company. the plumber said i'd be betterof contacting Dyno rod and they would put a camera down , to check blockage. , or claim on my insurance, . All this and to be charged for the experience. BEWARE. .
