After creating our own disaster we found a number and called in a panic, okay, the guy arrived an hour later than planed but then to find one at short notice is mission impossible, Craig was the man, he came in and after explaining our problem he reassured us that it is no problem at all, his approach and professionalism really showed through and put us totally at ease, he came up with a good idea and solved the problem in minutes and after doing other work all was well once more.
