Rang at 12.12 saying i have a water leak in radiator pipe and after taking my credit card details tell me 1-3 hours. 2 hours later rang again saying the earliest they can do is 10 days later, and then asked me if i wanted to make the booking for 10 days later. Emergency plumbing!!
Found a local plumber who charged 50% less and got here in 15 minutes. happy days.
