This company is a total disgrace and so is their conduct towards potential customers.
They first agreed to arrive on 29/03/17 before 12pm. I took a morning off work and waited for them. They then rang me at 12:30 and moved the appointment forward to 18:00 so I took the rest of the day off. They failed to show and made some excuses about not having any engineers free until the following day. I took the whole day off on 30/03/17 and waited for them, the exact same thing happened again and the whole day was wasted. They then agreed to arrive on the 31/03/17 and an engineer did finally turn up for my Landlord safety certificate. He spend 2 hours checking the equipment to only receive a phone call from his boss informing him that he was not qualified to certify the gas fire and the booking had to be cancelled and made again! He assured me that someone would definitely turn up on Saturday 1st April. I phoned and confirmed the booking and was told someone would turn up before 18:00. At 17:45 I was told again that no one was available and the booking had to be postponed to the following Monday. At this point I told the company that they had cost me 3 days holiday from work and I was not willing to take another day off on the hope of someone turning up.
On reading online reviews, it came as no shock that this exact experience has been shared by many other people too. This company is a total disgrace and I would urge anyone thinking of using them to proceed with extreme caution as they cannot be relied upon.
