Plumber arrived within the allotted time slot and was very pleasant. He repaired the leak we had by replacing a part.
I was a little worried after seeing programmes on TV whereby you were overcharged but I found the whole process easy and I felt the cost was good and certainly not overcharged.
Very happy with the service.
