I called and explained that I have a blocked drain in my kitchen and they sent somebody to our house, had a look at it and said it is not my job and told me that I need to call another company, actually he was not a right man for this kind of job, he was shaking and am not sure if he could use any equipment properly.
For all above I have been charge a fee of £85+VAT !!!!!
