I have booked twice through plumbing force. Both times given a time slot for me to be in and wait for the engineer to arrive.
Both times I have been sat left waiting. 5 hours after my time slot began, I rang head office for the 4th time today to be told 'unfortunately we won't get anyone out to you today'.
Being offered the opportunity to re-book wasn't gratefully received as I can't afford to be sat around for another day waiting for an engineer to not arrive whilst my shower is pouring out water.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere
