Dave Maxwell has just completed the job of repairing a leak he was quick to diagnose the problem and talked me through what he was doing. He was very polite and easy to deal with and advised on other matters that were very helpful. I would recommend the Engineer again. I was disappointed that he did not attend within the 3 hour response time that was stipulated when I booked the job but a good result overall thanks
