The response was very quick and everything explained. Engineer Martin Crook rang 30 mins before arrival, very courteous and in difficult circumstances (position of macerator) and also due poor fitting did an excellent job. He explained the initial problems with leaks and blockage issues and also explained the work to rectify this. Martin was very professional from start to finish and every step of the way explained reasons for work carried out and also made sure everything was satisfactory when completed.
