The plumber turned up at the time I was told having requested their help. He was very friendly and efficient at resolving the problem, thoroughly explaining the problem and providing advice for going forward. The charge for fixing the issue was as I was told when calling into PlumbingForce. In the future if I need a plumber I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.
