We needed a plumber asap, as one of our toilets was broken. They were very friendly on the phone & arranged for someone to come out within the hour. The engineer arrived as advised & fixed the toilet within the hour. We were also advised of the charges before we gave the go ahead. Very efficient, invoice was emailed the same day. Would highly recommend this company. thanks
