Our plumber Martin was polite and very understanding of our relatively non-urgent call out. He came out of his way to complete our job at the end of his working day, and when it turned out to be more complicated than I had envisaged when booking the service, he sacrificed his evening to complete it. The level of his expertise was clear to see and the result has been perfect.
