Be careful!
Booked a plumber, promised for same day and gave Visa details for securing the service.
They called me near the end of the day to say they couldn't make it after all, so we cancelled and agreed no charge. HOWEVER they still charged me £118 and despite promising to cancel the charge they still took payment. Had to get Visa to reverse it.
