BE WARNED.THIS COMPANY HAS RIP OFF RULES.(nearly 25% of reviews are poor) My nephew wanted a new gas hob reconnected in the same place as the one. simple job, well not if can you find a reason not to. after reading the install manual for the first 10 mins he found that the hob was to close to the wall to install(as not to current standards). it must be 40mm gap.the left back side was 40mm but the right hand side tapered down to 33mm. ok he was within his rights,and after 16 mins he was gone with a bill of £94.80. this was for the first hour of work .What I do not accept is that the work top could of been very quickly recut within 20 mins by myself,still leaving 24/25 mins for him to complete his work. He did not give my nephew any options and also said you will not get anything back from this firm. After phoning their office he was right. There is no customer care only strict call out rules.
