1. "Emergency" plumber didn't turn up in the allotted time.
2. Didn't actually turn up at all that day
3. Turned up late the following day - the office said that he had arranged with us to come late (utter rubbish)
4. Didn't have the part, said it would be done on Monday.
5. Didn't actually come back and do the job for two weeks.
6. They take a deposit at the beginning and this comes off the final bill - it didn't come off the bill.
7. They inflated/overcharged for the part.
8. When you complain you just get abuse from something called Melissa, it shrieks, patronises, acts likes a child, hangs up on you and refuses to deal with your problem. I assume it's some sort of automated robot thing, as no company in their right mind would risk hiring someone that incompetent in their customer services department - they should send it back to where it came from.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
