Would give no stars if possible these people are an absolute joke made an appointment a week in advance to be given an 1100 till 1400 time slot so would mean taking a day off work they rang to tell me he was running late and booked me a time slot of 1500 to 1800 at this point I notified them again that I have removals coming in the morning they said I’m sure we will be ok then It takes me to ring up at 1700 for an eta to be rung back 30 minuets later and told he wasn’t coming at all
