The response to our call was very prompt. The engineer diagnosed the problems within 10 minutes, one of which had been unresolved following 2 previous visits from different repair companies. He returned the next working day with the parts and carried out the repairs speedily and efficiently leaving everything tidy. He also identified 2 other problems with the pipework and fixed them as well. We now have a fully working central heating system again - thank you.
