The boiler required a service plus I had a problem with it. After contacting small local gas engineers who did not return my phone calls and the one that did was very busy but it would take over a week to come and service the boiler. I contacted a larger company Plumbingforce who came out within a few hours. Unfortunately my 6 year old boiler had had its day. A new boiler was fitted the following day. The same engineer arrived on time, he worked very clean and efficiently I kept him topped up with coffee he was happy and so was I. My new Baxi is running like a dream, everything is Superior than my old boiler, plus 10 year parts and labour can't go wrong. Also Plumbingforce done all the registration that needed to be done.
