They offer same day service (at a high price, but potentially worth it). They accepted my request for attendance same day (Thursday morning), and (at the end of the morning), postponed it to Thursday afternoon, then at the end of the afternoon, postponed it to Friday morning, then called to say they needed to postpone to Friday afternoon, but admitted they'd probably never get to me. So we called the job off and went elsewhere. A 2 day delay on getting an urgent plumbing job done. "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."
