Called upon to fix faulty pumped shower. Charges were excessive, and when called back because shower still not working, could find no fault. Suggested might be another issue then debited their fresh call out charge without notice. Am now out of pocket well over £1,000 and still have faulty shower. Recommend do not get involved.
