They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it and when they had completed the work they went through with us to check that WE understood how to operate the Gas Fire and that regular yearly services IF we were going to use it would be ESSENTIAL for HOME SAFETY. - they checked both the fire itself and the gas meter for any leaks and they ensured they also advised us to purchase a Carbonmonoxide Monitor IF we were starting to use the Gas Fire in this new bout of BITTERLY COLD WEATHER. - They instilled real faith in their work and in the fact that THEY WANTED the best outcome for us their customers. We couldnt have had a better experience. WE would certainly feel confident and want to offer them any other work that required GAS QUALIFIED ENGINEERS, in a world where too many people make themselves simply look good. - They really relayed to us their customers as Layman and were 100% Caring and Authentic in their engagement with us the clients. - The work must have taken them roughly 2 hours and the work was done carefully considerately and methodically.
