The gas engineer who came to service the boiler found so many faults, though this Potterton boiler was installed by commercial gas company four years ago and I’d up and running without any problem . All we asked the engineer was to service the boiler. BD is due the certificate for insurance purposes , He did not do any works and quoted £2000 of extra worjs required . This guy was after extra business and money making .
Please do not use this company , complete waste of tone and money .They charged us £150 plus cat just for visit and did not do any works.
