I called them, spoke to a kind and very helpful lady, and asked if they could come and help as my boiler was leaking. Sje booked in an engineer and said when he should arrive, gave me his name and the costings. They turned up within a couple of hours, sorted the problem, tested it all, tidied up and were gone. Very nice engineers, polite and explained everything. I would happily recommend them for customer service, prompt to arrive and efficiency of work.
