Plumbingforce responded very quickly to my problem of a leaking basin, which I could not handle as the half-pedestal was so tightly sprung that I could not move it. The engineer, Stephen Doyle, removed it within minutes, fitted the new tap and completed the job in just under the initial hour, so I didn't have any extra to pay. He was very pleasant, tolerated my dog 'helping' him and left everything very tidy. I shall certainly use Plumbingforce again. Excellent value for money.
