Plumbingforce were unable to keep within the time limits on the first appointment but were able to arrive within the time perameters on the second appointment. The chap who turned up, I think his name was either Gordon or Gary (he was a Scottish chap) was very thorough and efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. His manager also came, but I never knew his name, and he too was very helpful and pleasant. Bearing in mind the distance these two travelled to get there it was remarkable they arrived at all!
