After calling a local emergency company over a period of 2 days and being let down dramatically,I went back to the good old google board . Top of the web page was Plumbingforce, so I spoke to kelly green in live chat and explained my needs. She advised me to call and book for an engineer and took the relevant details etc...... After 30 mins from the the initial booking I received a text followed by a telephone call to say my engineer ( Lucas Laughton ) was 25 mins away from my house. When he arrived straight away he knew exactly what needed to be done and within minutes got on with the job. What a fast , efficient company this is . The call center , the engineer are very friendly , professional and super efficient. I’m in the middle of having a kitchen and bathroom fitted and came across a problem with the stop tap ( my oven couldn’t be fitted as this was in the way) , so work had come to a standstill. Lucas came to the rescue and within just over an hour work was completed ,made sure it was safe and the following morning the work men could continue with my renovation. If I’m ever in a jam again these guys are on speed dial !!!,!! The cost was so low too not what I was imagining paying at all, so much more cheaper than my local plumber that’s for sure. Thank you so much for eliminating my problem and bringing my stress levels right down.
