I contacted your company, as I had a problem ,with my shower and hand basin water not draining away. Chris arrived took one look at the job and said I cannot do it i`am a gas fitter. And we needed someone from sewerage, We said why? as toilet and kitchen were working ok. he just stood there with hands in pockets . and said that the laminated floor would have to come up. He never attempted to try and turn any taps on ,or bring any tools with him. He if we wanted .him to take the floor up, it would take five hours at a cost of £500. which we told was ridiculous, as for sorting the problem out we did it ourselves.
