The engineer arrived on time, dealt with a difficult problem gaining access to the pipework at the back of the toilet, was completely boxed in, was very careful removing and replacing it all, with good humour nothing was a problem, no more leaks 😁 he tidied up after and explained and showed photos of what he had done, fantastic service would recommend (Ricki) and would definitely use again, thankyou
