Unable to reach a plumber in the area, all too busy, I rang Plumbing force. The lady who answered was very calm, took my details, told me the cost of labour and said someone would be available in 1-3 hrs. A very efficient and pleasant engineer came within the allotted time, repaired the boiler, noticed one or two omissions from previous service and put them to rights. So after 4days without heat or hot water Plumbing force came good. Expensive charges maybe but problems were sorted efficiently and quickly. Well done to all staff involved.
