I purchased the shoes on the 31st March and they arrived on the 15th May. I know there was delays with COVID19 however I’d purchased off other websites and received my orders on time. I don’t understand what took so long for these to arrive? I’d purchased the shoes to go with my white wedding dress so I expected them to be white however in the flesh they were a yellowy cream colour and didn’t match my dress at all so I contacted Katie and asked if I could return them. Katie replied and told me the return details so I sent them back 1st class recorded on the 16th May, I checked track and trace and saw these had been received on the 18th May. It is now the 30th May and I still haven’t received a refund despite me sending 2 emails. I don’t hear back from Katie by next Saturday (6th June) I’ll be taking this further.
